What’s on the agenda in Bangkok on 14 and 15 November? Best practice, the latest products, thought leadership and strategies for those in the real estate sector. Indesign Media will be on the ground as Media Partner and Chairperson for this first Asian edition of the Summit.
October 29th, 2019
A broad spectrum of built environment and real estate professionals will be assembling in Bangkok in mid-November for two days of discussion about the challenges that project holders and solutions providers face, and the best-practice strategies that could apply across the region.
This first Asian edition of the Real Estate Development Summit (REDS) is being organised by GBB Venture and follows other REDS events around Africa and further afield.
Key business stakeholders and executives from the hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors across Southeast Asia and the Indian sub-continent will be in attendance for knowledge sharing and strategised meetings.
Indesign Media Asia Pacific will be on the ground as Media Partner, with Asia-based Editor Narelle Yabuka serving as Summit Chairperson.
Over 60 solution providers, over 20 speakers and over 150 VIP delegates will assemble for REDS Asia. Among them will be hotel owners, hotel operators, developers, architects, designers, consultants, suppliers, technology consultants and investors, as well as industry thought leaders.
Attendees from the hospitality sector will be the largest sector group (45%), followed by the residential sector (30%) and commercial sector (15%).
The challenges for the real estate industry keep growing year after year, and the summit aims to address a vast array of issues and challenges. Expert-led panel discussions with thought leaders will throw light on the latest market trends and directions to inspire change in the real estate sector.
Speakers include Alexander Wong (Director & Founder, Alexander Wong Architects), Duangrit Bunnag (Architect and Founder, Duangrit Bunnag Architect), Donald Conning (Managing Director, Gensler Singapore), Sue-Chi Hong (Head of Supply Chain Management & Procurement, South Asia Integrated Facilities Management, Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants), Ishak Chandra (President & CEO, Triniti Land), and many more.
Pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings between solution providers and project holders will be supplemented by displays of a range of the latest innovative products. The predefined agendas in B2B meetings will facilitate in-depth analysis of buyers and supplier preferences, laying a strong foundation for business transactions.
