Italian furniture brand Visionnaire celebrates its fifteenth anniversary this year. The year-long celebration started at the Salone del Mobile in April with an 850-square-metre pavilion comprising 15 settings that showcased the brand’s new collection, titled Anniversary.

Curated by Eleonore Cavalli, the new collection comprises more than 80 pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture for both residential and commercial spaces. Anniversary is an opulent showcase of  Visionnaire’s bespoke capability and attention to detail.

The collection pairs marble with metallic inlays and high-gloss finishes, leather with embroidery, and classic geometry with sinuous shapes inspired by mountains and foliage.

The Kerwan table, for example, is a mix of unexpected geometries. Designed by Alessandro La Spada, Kerwan is a sculptural marble and metal table that presents different looks depending on the viewer’s angle.

The base of the table comprises two curving legs with a crescent-shaped section. Each inner curve of the legs is finished with marble, while the outer curve is metal. From its sides, Kerwan appears like a sturdy, pure, marble creation while from the front it flaunts an elegant satin-finish metal base upon which rest a thin slab of marble with bevelled edges.

Complementing the Kerwan table are La Spada’s Astrid dining chairs. Inspired by the texture and shape of a leaf, Astrid presents a delicate backrest that appears like a leaf unfurling from its stem. Its textured upholstery is a not to the leaf skeleton. The legs are made of hand-brushed and gilded aluminium.

Designed by Italian architect and designer Fabio Bonfà, the Backstage sofa presents a composition of generously padded surfaces that appears to be floating. This effect is thanks to its frame, which pairs stainless steel and timber panel with 10mm brass profile.

The Backstage collection is available in leather or fabric upholstery while its satin-finish metal parts are offered in many made shades. The sofa modules comprise one-, two-, and three-seater modules, as well as a central element with no backrest, that can be combined with consoles to create endless combinations of seating landscape.

In Singapore, Visionnaire is available from Marquis
