With MyHOME_Screen 10, home automation has become as easy to use as a smartphone – at a mere touch of a finger.
March 31st, 2014
MyHOME_Screen 10 from Legrand was developed based on studies of social trends and intensive workshops to identify consumer needs. The new graphic user interface follows the logic of ‘User Centred Design’: technology with a human touch, intuitive operation, clear status indication, self-explanatory pictograms and maximum customisability.
The 10-inch touch screen is used for:
– Management of MyHOME and video door entry system
– Management of multimedia content (Ethernet, USB, SD card) and web browser
– Management of customised profiles
The MyHOME_Screen 10 not only serves as the control centre for the entire house, it also connects it to the Internet with a browser allowing users to surf the Web. And what’s especially convenient is that users can save their online favourites for quick access later. The latest news, weather forecast, personal e-mail or social media sites can then be accessed at a single touch. But that’s not all. Each member in the household can choose his or her own favourites, which will be available on his or her personal page at MyHOME_Screen 10.
The LCD touch screen comes in both black and white.
