One of the bestsellers in the market, Hunter Douglas’ Pirouette® window shadings consist of adjustable horizontal vanes that optimises natural light, while filtering harmful rays.
January 7th, 2016
The Pirouette® Window Shadings by Hunter Douglas has been aesthetically refreshed with a new range of fabrics and colours attuned to the latest trends in design. Since its launch in 2007, Pirouette® has remained one of the bestsellers in the market, lauded for its high standards of quality, performance and reliability.
Composed of horizontal vanes attached to sheer backing, Pirouette® filters ultra-violet rays that are detrimental to furnishing while illuminating the room with natural lighting. The adjustable vanes block up to 99% of sun rays when shut and 86% when opened. This allows the home to glow in diffused natural lighting, without glare, reducing the need for electronic lighting indoors.
The built-in Invisi-Lift™ system suspends the horizontal vanes and enables precise control. From cascading folds to contoured vanes, the shadings can be adjusted easily with an operating cord, hand-held remote or wireless wall switch. The window fashion can be completely flattened for a smooth finish, raised gently for a contoured look, or fully retracted into the headrail to grant generous exterior views.
Pirouette® is made of polyester fabrics that add a soft and intimate touch to every room. All shadings are custom-built to ensure an optimal and consistent fit.
