The works of the Amsterdam-based designer are known for their quality and classic craftsmanship, and for their incorporation of influences from the Middle East, Africa and Asia. van Vliet’s designs radiate an eclectic, global sensibility, and to mark his new partnership with Haworth, he has designed three distinct fabric collections for the company, namely: Minimal Luxury – a minimalist design with calm, pastel colours; Gentlemen’s Club – marked by a refined, dark and sophisticated aesthetic; and Urban Lounge, which is characteristically clean, bold and bright.
