Choice is everything in life, and with a myriad of furniture options available in the contemporary context, Brunner ensures the right product for a superior interior fit-out. As a company with over 40 years’ experience, Brunner is perfectly placed to provide exceptional products that are beautifully crafted and suited to every intention.
As partners and shareholders of Brunner Asia Pacific, Jean Paul de la Haye and Grant Humphreys explained, “People come to the office to gather and meet with colleagues or clients. Brunner’s portfolio of outstanding collaborative products, with a warm hospitality feel, cater perfectly to this purpose.”
Whether the project is large or small, a conference venue, training space, reception area, public or healthcare, cafeteria or restaurant, Brunner has a collection and a product for every setting.
For example, take a reception area or foyer where style and comfort are paramount. The ray lounge with its organic, flowing lines is unparalleled for support and body fit. As part of the ray collection of chairs and tables designed by jehs+laub, the ray lounge presents quality rolled into a sculptural form. Desirable as it is, the ray lounge is also available in a mid-back version and with a lounge ottoman.
The ray collection also includes a selection of conferencing chairs that raise the level of comfort through ergonomic inclusion. The ray chair is striking and bold, with a medium or high backrest and strong aesthetics, while the ray soft chair is comfort par excellence. They complete the ray family and add gravitas as a complement to the original award-winning ray conference chair.
Not to be forgotten however, is the ray table that offers flexibility and endless iterations for the boardroom and the conference area. Available as rectangular, circular or with an arched tabletop, the ray table presents a slim-line bevelled edge that completes the sophisticated design. Another refined touch is the hidden electrical channel running down the leg to ensure all cables are neatly integrated.
For training and seminars, Brunner presents a combination of solutions that cater for every possibility. The combination of the A-table and A-chair provide all that is necessary to aid learning and ensure well-being. Designed by jehs+laub, the A-range is simple and elegant with slender lines that belie the robust nature of each design. The name of the A family is derived from the shape of the frame in both the A-Chair and A-Table. As a stand-alone, the A-Chair is modern and elegant or, when a row linking device is included, the chair easily fills a room with uniform lines. While the A-Table is slender in form, easy to operate with a one-hand folding operation, it is also stackable and ideal for space saving convenience. Along with tables and chairs the A-Collection also includes the A-Bench, A-Lounge and A-Pult (lecturn).
A perfect accompaniment to the A products is fina range designed by Wolfgang C.R. Mezger. The fina family is, as its Spanish name translated would suggest, ‘fine’. The form of the products within the fina family is slim and becomes a sleek addition to the workspace. The family comprises a multitude of products from lounge and conference chairs, bar stools, sideboards and tables with a variety of materials and finishes.
And when there is talk of conferences, the office, or the boardroom, the fina soft chair, either with a swivel or cantilever style, is the product to make every seated experience enjoyable. With comfort at its heart, fina soft incorporates a dynamic spring mechanism to support healthy active seating.
Brunner also has ranges that complement the hospitality and open workplace area with the crowd-pleasing halm chair. Again, designed by jehs+laub, with a mixture of timber and plastic, halm is a hard-wearing chair that is stylish and modern. Its seamless design makes it easy to clean with virtually no gaps for dirt to accumulate. There are six harmonious colours that can be combined to make a variety of playful options with or without padded seating. However, it is the invisible square-tube frame that is the foundation of every halm, and ensures durability and longevity.
Of course, every Brunner collection has multiple applications. Each product sits well within its own family but easily mixes to complement other Brunner ranges. With this flexibility comes the opportunity for individual and bespoke design and here the crona collection, designed by archirivolto, is an exemplar. Equally comfortable in cafeterias, restaurants, open spaces, health care areas as well as workplace environments the crona collection is a supreme adapter through multiple forms and maximum function. With chairs and barstools, lounges, and tables, the crona collection is supreme and includes multiple configurations of design and materials. There is also an outdoor range, crona steel, and together the offering is truly complete.
It is not just the superb contemporary design, the detailing or the precise manufacturing that makes a Brunner product desirable, it is the exceptional range of collections and adaptability within ranges that provides choice and allows for individuality of design. Brunner has a range like no other and offers exceptional choice for every design.
