Designers, artists, fashionistas and party-goers brought life back into the old Capitol building last Friday night. Crowds came together to celebrate the opening of Penthouse Mouse 2009,a sneaky pop-up retail and gallery space which has temporarily taken over the old gaming lounge for the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.
