Haworth’s Shanghai showroom was the location for two special appearances by Patricia Urquiola, the designer of the Openest ensemble of furniture for the workplace for Haworth Collection.
On 9 March, the showroom was transformed into a dining room with a large looping table. Over cocktails and dinner with a select group of guests, Urquiola shared her insights about collaboration in the workplace.
On 10 March, cakes and canapés were served against the showroom’s stunning backdrop of the Shanghai skyline. Urquiola and her partner, Alberto Zontone, CEO of Studio Urquiola, spoke to the large crowd about furniture for the workplace of the new millennium.
