DQ readers are in for a delightful surprise this April when DQ34 hits the shelves.
Issue 5 of the award-winning Fluoro magazine, from Melbourne design studio housemouse, will go to around 9,000 readers as an insert in DQ on 3 April.
Fluoro is a little magazine filled with the “striking visual spreads and inspirational, informative articles”.
The editor of DQ, Alice Blackwood is excited to be associated with Flouro5: “Everyone loves to discover new sources of information, especially when they reveal hidden talent, exciting projects and fresh ideas,” Blackwood said.
“With the culture of branding, identity and typography growing ever stronger, Fluoro captures housemouse’s unique persona, as well as their breadth of talent and skill.
“DQ magazine is really excited to have Fluoro magazine on board; it offers a rich montage of fresh design and talented art direction, while tapping in to the most important things: people, projects and local design.”
Fluoro’s own editor, Nancy Bugeja, expects the fifth edition of the designer magazine to continue their success story.
“I can’t wait to hear what people think of the latest issue of Fluoro – I think the edgy, raw designs will be an eye opener for design students and professionals and I have no doubt they can be really inspirational for people interested in design,” Editor, Nancy Bugeja said.
Keep an eye out for Fluoro in DQ magazine, along with the ‘Top Ten forces and faces of Australian and New Zealand design’ and other great features, profiles, products and parties – out 3 April.
