Conexus Studio has announced that its current office, located at Golden Agri Plaza in Singapore’s Pasir Panjang district, is up for grabs as the practice prepare to move to a larger premise. Designed by the same team behind award-winning offices for BBC Studios, Nu Skin, Hegen and Evident, the 2,766 square feet office is a harmonious blend of functionality and style, with a layout specifically crafted to foster collaboration, community, and creativity.
Upon entering the premises, one’s attention is immediately drawn to the glass-enclosed boardroom. Adorned with 189 strips of timber batten on the wall and ceiling, it exudes an air of sophistication. Additionally, a custom-designed adjustable shelving unit offers ample space for displaying objects, which Conexus Studio currently use for showcasing its design accolades.
Further in is the open pantry, designed to provide a space for rest and rejuvenation. Its backdrop features geometric tiles arranged in a gradient of colours, creating a mesmerising pattern across the wall. Every corner of this small yet impactful space boasts unique and personalised design details.
Continuing through the office, a walkway leading to the back of the house features black acoustic panels. Upon closer inspection, these panels reveal a landscape of interlocking circles and striped patterns, inspired by Conexus Studio’s tagline, ‘Designed to Connect.’ Within the workstation area, eye-catching partitions made of interlocking felt panels not only provide acoustic comfort but also offer visual privacy.
The office is equipped with 26 height-adjustable workstations, along with communal desks, window bar seats, and a vibrant phone booth. These options cater to different work styles and provide opportunities for collaboration or individual focus. Furthermore, the office is equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing and collaboration technology to facilitate seamless communication with remote workers.
“We are excited to announce the availability of our current office space as we expand to meet the needs of our team and organisation,” said Brendan Khor, Managing Director of Conexus Studio. “Our team has put in tremendous effort and thought into every aspect of this design, and we hope the next occupants will enjoy it as much as we do!”
With its thoughtful design, emphasis on collaboration, and unique features, Conexus Studio’s office space presents an excellent opportunity for businesses looking to enhance their workspace. By taking over this workspace, companies can instantly benefit from a well-designed environment that fosters productivity and creativity, save on time and renovation costs, and reduce their carbon footprint significantly.
