Collaboration becomes a dynamic experience thanks to this Steelcase family of mobile multipurpose tools.
February 28th, 2013
The very nature of collaborative work calls for flexible and transformative environments. Enter Mobile Elements. This family of easily transportable multipurpose tools help spaces work smarter and harder by turning in-between, cafe and meeting spaces into collaboration and conferencing settings in moments. All one needs to do is simply roll in the user-friendly elements one needs to deliver presentations digitally or on paper, engage a team or audience, and to serve food and drinks.
Media-Mount
The movable Media-Mount (see top image) makes the flat screen display mobile. It integrates power at the user level and can accommodate monitor sizes of up to 42 inches.
Flip-Chart
The Flip-Chart lets users display printed and written information, and write on the fly. It is height adjustable, with hooks to accommodate pads of different sizes.
Catering
With the Catering element, drinks and food become readily available whenever and wherever desired. The easy-roll casters can be locked for stability.
Pin-Board
The Pin-Board makes intensive use of vertical surfaces to display and rearrange paper or digital information. It also serves as a partition to instantly sub-divide a larger space. The Pin-Board features a felt surface for pinning paper work, as well as an optional magnetic link so two Pin-Boards can be connected to create instant demarcation. The optional white side also functions as a projection surface.
All the Mobile Elements feature easy-roll castors for maximum mobility.
