Woven Image is inviting participants to design – and possibly win – their own Mura tile display.
May 3rd, 2012
Following the overwhelming response to its HexTile online design competition late last year, Woven Image has launched yet another virtual contest. This time, the product in question is the Mura Tile.
Designers are invited to visit Woven Image’s website, and design a Mura wall using a brilliantly easy ‘3-step’ online tool. A shortlist will then be gathered from the most number Facebook ’likes’, and the winner, chosen by Woven Image, will walk home with a 3m x 3m display of Mura tiles.
Mura Tile is a sustainable acoustic wall solution made from recycled PET. The 2 designs, Dune and Wave, can be combined in many different complementary colours and design configurations. And at approximately 360 grams per tile, Mura is extremely lightweight, lending itself to a diverse range of commercial and residential applications. The tiles are also easy to install and easily interchangeable, allowing for a high degree of creativity and experimentation!
Contests ends on 24 May 2012.
