Over 130 Queensland interior designers and architects flocked to one of the legendary Janie Collins Interiors’ parties on Friday 18th May.
July 3rd, 2012
They came to view new furniture ranges from Basile & Evans, Feelgood Designs, instiu furniture, Ross Didier, Xilo and Yellow Diva. The scene was set in a fun party atmosphere with gardens strewn with flamingoes, mood lighting and pink gnomes. Guests enjoyed the festive activities throughout the evening, following the pink theme through Janie’s multi-level home.
Gorgeous weather enhanced the night, which was buzzing along with salivating food from Mondo Organics, West End and specially selected wines, beers and European cider for every discerning palate.
All Janie’s supplier’s surprised everyone by generously giving furniture prizes to lucky guests throughout the night, and the odd flamingo accompanied others on the way home.
Janie Collins, her loyal staff and suppliers staged the event to thank the designers and architects for their support during the year, some of whom were ‘flamingoed’ until 2.00am!
