At Singapore Indesign, Schiavello will introduce new products and ideas to help you create smart, desirable, functional and ecological places to live and work.
September 27th, 2016
Multidisciplinary company Schiavello is constantly innovating and coming up with new, intelligent, inspiring, durable and sustainable ideas for the office, home and public spaces. It is no wonder that the company’s presence across Asia keeps expanding.
Originating from Australia, Schiavello’s concepts and products adhere to a stringent design process that encompasses both design and engineering principles, aided by the creativity of Australian and international designers. Brands carried by Schiavello include Schiavello, Bene, Humanscale and MAP. The company works with leading brands across a wide range of industries around the globe.
At Singapore Indesign 2016, visitors will be one of the first to experience three new innovative products conceived in collaboration with Australian talents to help us live and work better.
Continuing the dialogue on creating better places to work, Schiavello will also discuss The Collaborative Future of the Workplace, as part of Singapore Indesign’s famed Design Conversations series.
Collaborative work practices are on the rise and evolving with exciting developments in technology. But successful collaboration at work requires much more than the simple provision of a meeting space. What is the optimal size for a collaboration space? How many of these spaces does a company need? And what sorts of furniture and technology settings are most beneficial for collaborative exchange – be it in person or remotely? These are some of the complex questions that will be addressed at the showroom by industry practitioners.
After the conversation, Nick McMicking, the chief representative Asia Pacific of Bene, will present the new Bene Idea Wall. Attendees will learn how the multimedia-based innovation screen supports a completely new approach to team work.
Visitors are invited to begin their morning on 8 October 2016 at the showroom to kick start their day with caffeine and fresh mini panini from PUNCH café.
