The new Millenium collection from ABB is a shining example of functionality, elegance and sustainability.
October 13th, 2013
Millenium is the first metal range from ABB to incorporate the KNX system, which is a highly intelligent way of managing spaces and optimising performance in terms of energy savings.
The light signals in the series are based on LED technology, leading to savings in energy consumption on signalling, and extending the products’ usage life. In addition, the series has been specially designed from its conception to have minimal environmental impact throughout the product life cycle from design to production, operation, distribution and product recall.
Made in Spain, the switches boast slim lines and are available in modern and contemporary finishes in stainless steel. The series also comes in the first British range with wide rocker and metal finish, and with a screwless front plate.
Millenium offers the complete lighting solution for all kinds of residential and commercial projects, and is especially suitable for hotels, thanks to its ‘combinable concept’, which results in an extremely comprehensive range to suit all needs.
The innovative, intuitive and visually elegant KNX building automation system sensors also contribute to the daily management of the hotel, via their offering of energy savings and high tech comfort.
Since its launch, Millenium has already received the prestigious “Interior Innovation Award” and the “red dot design award” in recognition for its highly distinctive and innovative design.
