When it comes to creating a stage for international brands to present their latest and most innovative in Asia, Singapore Indesign is second to none.
In a no holds barred effort to make an impression, the following brands will be putting their best foot forward with some of the most exciting products in the industry today at Singapore Indesign 2014, happening on 4 October.
Artemide x Issey Miyake
Lighting and fashion meet in Artemide’s groundbreaking IN-EI lights created in collaboration with acclaimed fashion designer Issey Miyake. Experience the collection’s exquisite play of light and shadow in person at the Million Lighting showroom and find out why this is one of the most celebrated design collaborations of our time.
Anglepoise
Iconic British brand Anglepoise takes the stand at Singapore Indesign within the Million Lighting showroom. Get up close and personal with the brand’s enduring designs including the Original 1227 in its various finishes, the whimsical Giant 1227.
Bulthaup
Be the first in Singapore to get a preview of Bulthaup’s new special colour Aluminium Sand Beige for their b3 kitchen front finish. The new colour, akin to a soft champagne gold, will be on display in the brand’s elegant showroom, together with the rest of Bulthaup’s highly covetable kitchen systems.

Danish furniture brand Fritz Hansen will be unveiling its first ever flagship store in Singapore, and those visiting the W Atelier showroom during Singapore Indesign will be one of the privileged few to see it. Get a firsthand look as a Danish craftsman demonstrates the making of the iconic Egg chair in the showroom using a special fabric from Kvadrat designed by Raf Simons.
Interface
Carpet tile manufacturer Interface’s latest Human Nature collection will be presented to the public at Xtra for the first time since its global launch. Find out why Human Nature is such a milestone in the brand’s repertoire of sustainable products and learn more about the incredible mandate for sustainability that keeps driving Interface forward.
Magis
The Italian design juggernaut promises a big showing at Xtra this year with an onslaught of activities and creative installations that immerse visitors in a uniquely Magis experience. Included their display are four one-off XL Magis Puppies in limited edition metallic colours. These will be up for sale through a silent auction from 1–11 October 2014, and 50 per cent of proceeds raised will go to Action for Singapore Dogs.
