Singaporean furniture brand Air Division has added yet another international award to its list of accolades with an iF Design Award 2012.
November 9th, 2011
Following reception of a prestigious Red Dot Product Design Award in 2010, Air Division has reaffirmed its strong position on a global scale with an iF Design Award 2012 for the Crater TV console.
The German design award dates back almost 60 years and rewards high design excellence. Just 30% from a total of over 4,000 entries from 48 countries received the iF seal of quality this year, and Air Division is the only designer furniture company in Singapore to have received the accolade thus far.
The Crater TV console is part of Air Division’s own house brand, Plank Living. Elegant and simple in appearance, the piece was made with high-end technology and processes to achieve the angular planes of the facade, heralding a new direction in furniture design and manufacturing.
