The European contemporary textile manufacturer partners with Vanguard Interiors to bring its first brand space to Singapore.

The showroom of Vanguard Interiors has just gotten a little more colourful, thanks to the entry of Kvadrat’s new brand space, which features an extensive catalogue of the company’s textile collection, along with furniture and office systems upholstered in Kvadrat materials.

Kvadrat’s General Manager for Asia, Jørgen Lund Hansen, describes the partnership with Vanguard Interiors as a ‘”natural match” since many products at Vanguard Interiors already use Kvadrat textiles, and both companies serve the same architects and designers.

Hansen says the new space will mainly focus on office projects, and one will be able to find solutions such as acoustic screens, fabrics for panel dividing desk systems, and more.

Kvadrat textiles have been used in several landmark projects in Asia, such as Google’s offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore, the DBS headquarters in Singapore, and the Guangzhou Opera House, designed by Zaha Hadid.

In this region, Hansen says that they plan to focus their attention on markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
